CRC Information Systems, Inc. (CRC) held its 25th User Group Conference May 7-9 at the Chaparral Suites Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, USA. The annual event provides information, demonstrations and networking opportunities to Nucleus users along with insight and feedback to corporate management.

The conference serves as a catalyst to introduce new products from CRC, as well as gain feedback from CRC customers that fuels product development. In Scottsdale, Erv Ratazak, CRC’s product and service manager, announced the launch of the newest CRC undertaking, HTML5 Nucleus, by detailing its new design and intuitive user interface. During several of the presentations, Ratazak continued to emphasize that the direction of the Nucleus product is to implement workflow process automation throughout all Nucleus software applications.

“The future of our Nucleus product line is extremely bright and clearly demonstrates our commitment to delivering cost reducing applications to increase sales and enhance our client’s profitability,” Ratazak said.

The company demonstrated newly developed capabilities including: Inventory Automation, Tablet Solutions, CRC in the Cloud, Custom Workflow Projects, Plant View Production Scheduling, New Image Tracking and ADC options.
